I heard this on the radio the other day and I'm wondering how people would react.  The question was geared towards guys but could be asked to ladies as well.

You're in line somewhere and strike up a conversation with the very attractive person beside you in line.  You talk for a few minutes and it seems like you're clicking well so you invite him or her to dinner with you.  They politely refuse.  Shortly afterwards (a few minutes) he or she notices something, like a small stack of hundreds in your wallet when you're at the cashier, or your fancy new car in the parking lot, and tells you he or she has accepted your dinner offer.  How do you feel/What do you do?

Depending on how much we were hitting it off and how bored I've been recently.. I'd still do the date possibly, and call them out for being a dick later that night/future.

Maybe we get more serious in the future and one day it's a thing we laugh about together, and the person grows since then?

Or I'd just call them out for being a dick then and say no.

The correct answer is "bone them in your fancy car, then kick them to the curb"

I don't understand the question. Why are you still with them after they've refused?

Inspired by this video?

If I was still single, probably still go out with them, but keep a close eye on whether there is any genuine interest or she just using me for stuff.

2 situations you could still be together:

Maybe you are just still in line together-wallet gets flashed while they are bagging their groceries..

Or walking out together and you unlock your car with your keys.

Idk, I chose the first answer as I'd probably be rather offended and hell if I have a decent amount of money or a really awesome car, I'm sure I could come across someone that is worth my time that isn't just accepting dinner because they're a possible "gold digger". I'd find that person to be rather shady in character and I would rather waste my time getting to know someone more genuine.

I missed the "in line" part. My bad.

In that circumstance: I would find that deliciously funny, and I'd more than likely make a scene--a calm, but demeaning scene--and expose them as the shameless scum they are for the entirety of our company to behold.

You know, I think I'd take them on a really cheap date.  Park around the corner from her place, pick her up, walk with her to the bus stop, and take the bus to Quiznos for dinner.

If she wants a second date, then she's interested in me and not the money, right?
